ScalersTalk听力零阶段小组第1周复盘训练笔记（2015.05.10—05.16）
Scalers点评：听力零阶段也开始复盘了，而且大家起点很高，第一次就做的非常棒。
相关说明和规则：
ScalersTalk听力零阶段小组是继听力狂练小组的子群，在零阶段小组连续十天听写慢速VOA的正确率达到95%以上的成员将被邀请进入狂练小组。
考虑到个人复盘可能存在的缺陷，听力零阶段群在5月17日晚7点开展了第一次集体复盘行动，目的是发现单独复盘不够重视的地方。本次复盘采取集体练习的方式，由记录员提前记录好大家每天总结时所出现的问题，并设置相应的题目。
题目的设置有如下几种形式：
1.听写填空。主要是为了复习大家听写时遇到的生词，测试词汇的掌握情况；
2.翻译。检验的是大家在听写过程中对语义和逻辑的把控，希望通过练习能逐步在短时间内听取更多的信息。
主持人FF酱总结：
第一次虽复盘取得一定成效，也发现了一些不足。大家普遍反映时间不够，而这可以反映出3点不足：音频播放间隔太密，没有空出足够时间作答；挖空太密集，题目量过多；答题者本身对文章不够熟悉，反应不够快，也说明了总结不到位和没有及时回顾。
记录员工作负责，配合得当，不仅完成了制作题目的工作，还负责活跃群里氛围，而且群论坛里对每天的伙伴们的总结进行回复，并且记录下让他印象深刻的成员，在周日复盘时提出表扬。这让群里的成员感到温暖的同时也能进一步督促自己的行动。
最后是大众讨论环节，大家都发现了自己的不足：普遍存在首次听写错误并且再错的情况，说明复习回顾没有做好；看完其它伙伴的总结贴，认识到自己的总结不到位，并且意识到总结比听写更重要，今后总结的时间要多于听写时间；复述的重要性，及今后听写过程中应该落实次步骤；每篇慢速VOA的材料都可以当作精读材料，并且带动成员以听写材料作为朗读文本，今后在群里朗读、纠错，巩固文本，夯实基础。
另外，希望大家能够积极报名参加记录员，体验当主人的感觉。让零基础的行动热潮超越狂练，真正的“疯狂”！

小E：（小E是本周记录员，工作十分用心，很积极地调动了群内气氛）第一次复盘行动虽然只有不到一个小时的时间，但收获颇丰。作为本周的记录员、复盘行动的参与者和下周的主持人，我从这三个角色中分别做一下总结：
作为本周的记录员，我觉得记录员并不只是单纯地记录大家的听力，然后挖空出题这么简单。作为记录员一要以身作则，坚持每天行动加总结，并将听力内容和总结发到群里和群论坛中；二要收集大家的听力总结，向好的学习；三要评出当天认真总结的帖子，分享至群中，一起共勉，并且可点评伙伴的帖子，给予鼓励或适当压力。
参加的复盘行动后，才发现自己听的效果实在是差。尽管首听的正确率都在90%以上，便以为完全掌握，复盘时做题才发现，不会的还是不会，重犯当时错误，这就说明即便90分以上也是完全掌握的假象，在总结上还需要加强，将自己的错误点牢牢记住并改正，这样在复盘时才不会慌张。复盘让我更清晰的认识到自己的差距在哪里，并通过与群里小伙伴们讨论努力找出自己应该改进的地方，更加重视总结，重视复盘。
作为下周的主持人，我觉得在复盘流程上还有需要改进的地方，首先，每个音频途中停顿一到两分钟，留出做题的时间；其次，每篇文章听完后，当场发截图，看正确率，留出5-10分钟来讨论错误；最后，留出10-15分钟时间，大家分享和讨论。
虽然本次复盘很虐，过程不够美丽，不过依然从中看出了自己平时的问题，并找到解决的方法，对听力的提高有很大的帮助。重视总结，重视复盘，才能更好地升级。
Chris:（chris的总结写得很好，归因明确，得到表扬，只是更贴不及时并且没有回顾，发完总结就走人的习惯需要改正。）今天是第一次复盘，漏洞百出，这让我深刻意识到多总结，勤复习的重要性。听说周末要复盘，为此我马马虎虎写下当天总结，居然还“遭到”夸奖，惭愧至极，更是要用心对待。经过复盘，认识到要把每天的材料彻底吃透，而不是敷衍了事，花了功夫，就要做好。也更加认识到，总结和听写本身相比，总结才是重头戏。
其次，听写不应应付，听完一遍记不住就老暂停，逐字听写，而是试着去做复述。否则形成不了自己的语料库，只是被动接受听力内容，无法积极地反应出相关语义词组等。应对方法就是：总结消极单词，消极词组，多积累“砖块”；注意按意群听写，进而锻炼自己的逻辑能力。碰到长句，多用介词，词组等连接，长句虽磨人，但这也正说明了瓶颈所在，还需要再逼自己。
进狂练不是最终目的，脚踏实地，夯实基础，该来的总会来。
Mandy:(Mandy是一位准妈妈，希望在宝宝出生前，持续的练习听力，其实这也算是一种胎教吧）今天的复盘还存在错词再错问题，态度上也存在一些问题。以后尽量做到：总结与听力同步进行，并且有计划的复习，进行二次听写。不仅是总结自己的错误，更要掌握文章中某些代表性词汇的用法。做到，一篇听力材料，同时变成朗读材料、翻译材料。这不是打鸡血，只是希望自己能够做到问心无愧，为我的晨晨做个榜样~
因为，我相信S君在文章中提到的那句话，持续行动最忌下决心，只是需要像每天吃饭一样平常对待就好。

The hippopotamus is an animal very important to the health of Africa's rivers and lakes. Their dung, or solid waste, helps Africa's (1) . But researchers warn that hippo populations are decreasing. They say that could damage ecosystems.
The hippopotamus is the third-largest land (2) , after the elephant and rhinoceros. Hippos spend as much as 16 hours a day in the water. They go on land at night to feed. They eat more than 200 kilograms of tropical grasses at each feeding. They return to the water where they release their waste.
Douglas McCauley is an (3) professor of several environmental and life sciences. He and his team at the University of California, Santa Barbara, decided to study the waste of hippos.
He says scientists are interested in how hippos cross the line of ecosystems. He says living in both the land and water worlds means hippos are important providers of (4) .
Each year, hippos provide over 60,000 kilograms of dung to African lakes and rivers.
